MAIN FLOOR: Floor and Wall Mats, Kicking, Punching and Speed Bags and the AMMA Ring. We also have two seperate bathrooms, men and women dressing rooms and a shower facility.
THE RING: This ring is a permanent fixture at AMMA. We use it for training, workouts, sparring, and incentive for you to fight your way in!
MITTS & BAGS: We have plenty of mitts and bags for extensive training.
TRX BAND STATION: Hundreds of core and strengthening workouts available with timer.
WEIGHTS: Seperate workout room complete with weights for strengthening and endurance training.
